FLEP-Forum meeting

Every 8/9 months a meeting will be held. These meetings may be to discuss general enforcement issues or may focus on a specific topic e.g. Risk based controls conference, Berlin, April 2010. Guest speakers will be invited and reports from established Working groups will be discussed. When a report is endorsed by the FLEP Forum, it is placed on the website.

Steering Group

The meetings are arranged by a Steering Group. The FLEP-Forum elects the Members of the Steering Group. Other tasks of the Steering Group include:

• Provision of advice to the Chairman on specific issues
• Discussion of general FLEP policy
• Monitoring the progress of the Working groups.
• Identification of special guest speakers and observers
