FLEP-Forum meeting

Helsinki Meeting - May 2008

Every 8 months a FLEP-Forum will be held. During this FLEP Forum meeting special speakers are invited. Furthermore the reports of established Working Parties are discussed. When a report is endorsed by the FLEP Forum, it is placed on the website.

Steering Group

The meetings are prepared by a Steering Group. The FLEP-Forum elects the Members of the Steering Group. Other tasks of the the Steering Group are:

• to advise the Chairman on specific issues
• to discuss general policy about the functioning of FLEP
• to monitor the progress of the Working Parties.
• to nominate special guests and observers
